LOL. I love this picture, it is so much more accurate. It gets kind of annoying seeing all those pictures of girls running and lifting weights, all the while looking perfectly relaxed. If you actually look that good while exercising, you probably aren’t working hard enough! You should be dripping sweat, flushed, panting, and wearing an expression that resembles a constipated toddler. Thats when you know you are working hard! Hahaha. <3
